This goes for any key clicked while holding down the left option key. ![]() ![]() What is happening: if you use the left option key and click :, … is printed to the screen. I need to swap them in the modifier keys setting in order for them to be unswapped (i.e. I went into settings > Keyboard > Modifier Keys and everything is at default (nothing is swapped). ![]() Example: M-: to bring up the eval-expression. For some reason the option and command keys are suddenly switched. Holding the left option key on a macOS keyboard should trigger the meta key.
